So nice to see the pelicans. I tried to get a little closer so I wasn't shooting through the bushes but he flew away. I fear the upcoming construction around the weir and the 33rd Street bridge will drive them away.
The larch flowers (and needles) are progressing nicely. The trees are started to have a green tinge from a distance.
The wild crocuses are fading, but these other ones in the Innovation Place gardens come out a bit later and look a little different.
The forsythia is another early bloomer and a nice splash of color in the still fairly drab spring.

The flowers are great, but I love the green of the new leaves on the trees just as much.
